  • Hi

I've also lost money subscribing to HSL's software system. Have logged it with Action Fraud and am waiting to hear back from Financial Ombudsman. Does anyone know how I subscribe to the facebook group please?
  • All my money has been reimbursed through a Section 75 claim :)

Hi - that's great news - when and how were you notified? Can you provide any more info please?

What if you paid by bank transfer??

If you paid part of the deposit by credit card then try a section 75 claim
  • Hello. My husband and I have also fell fowl of this fraud. We registered our complaint to the Fraud Department back in June 2018. Even though I provided them with dates, account numbers, sort codes and amounts of money transferred I only ever received two e-mails back from them which were obviously automated. I’ve heard nothing since August 2018 so we decided that we must be one of only a few that had been stupid enough to fall for Scot Taylor’s sales pitch and would have to accept we’d never see our hard earned money again. Having found this blog I can see that the extent of this crime is bigger than we thought and perhaps there is a glimmer of hope to get money back. If all we get is the satisfaction that these low lives are caught before they create another way of getting hold of peoples hard earned money. I would very much like to join your facebook page. If you need any further information just ask away.

  • Hi
After being ill for some time I have come back to my HSL account, attempted to contact them, obviously to no avail, I've done a google and found this news:(
As this link has not been used for a while I'm hoping someone is still watching it, I gave looked for a Facebook group but have been unable to find it, could someone let me know the name of it please?

If you paid a deposit or in full with a credit card then your best way forward is to lodge a Section 75 claim through your credit card/bank
  • This company/system is definitely a scam. I have paid the £4995 and invested £2500.

None of my investments made any money. The staff at the office have now dissipated and the phone numbers and e mail addresses are no longer in use.

Like much of you I am now £7500 down with no comeback, needless to say I have learnt my lesson. If anyone does have any success in finding these people or any means of obtaining any funds back please keep us posted.
  • I am afraid these guys are still very active and seem untoucable, see the link-
