This prize draw is in two tiers. Tier 1 is open to UK financial institutions-issued
Mastercard Cardholders only. Tier 2 is open to all entrants.
All entrants must be resident in the UK and be aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited and its group companies and
Mastercard Europe Services Limited, their families,
agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw are not eligible to enter.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the Terms and Conditions.
It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor
agrees to abide by these rules.
The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entries must be submitted via the web address
tgr.ph/mastercarducl
and entry is restricted to one per person.
Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through
agencies and third parties will not be accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of submission of
an entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
5. Two Tier 1 winners and 50 Tier 2 winners will be drawn at random from
all eligible entries into each Tier received by the closing date.
6. Entrants will only be eligible to win the Tier 1 prize if they are aged 18 years or older,
are resident in the UK and hold a Mastercard card issued by
a UK financial institution (Mastercard Cardholder).
7. All entries must be received by 23:59 on Wednesday, April 18 2018.
8. The Promoter will contact all winners by telephone or email. Entrants are
encouraged to monitor their email and telephone connections during this time
in case they are a winner.
9. The Tier 1 winners will be contacted by 1pm on Thursday, April 19, 2018
and must confirm acceptance of the prize by 5pm on the same day.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner or should any winner be unable
or ineligible to accept their prize within these deadlines,
the Promoter reserves the right to award their prize to an alternative winner,
drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The Tier 1 winners may be required to provide proof that they are a Mastercard
Cardholder to the Promoter upon request.
10. The Tier 2 winners will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner or should any winner be
unable to accept their prize,
the Promoter reserves the right to award their prize to an alternative winner,
drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
11. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
Should any prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided.
12. There will be two Tier 1 prize winners and 50 Tier 2 prize winners.
The prize packages are as follow:
Tier 1

• Two tickets to the UEFA Champions League Final on Saturday May 26, 2018 at Kiev NSC Olimpiyskiy Stadium.

• UK travel allowance of £300 per person
• One night accommodation at the Hilton Hotel, Heathrow Airport on Thursday, May 24 2018 (double occupancy including breakfast)
• Return economy class flights with Air France from London Heathrow to Kiev (indirect flights via Paris on the outbound journey and Via Amsterdam with KLM on the return journey) departing on Friday May 25 and returning Sunday May 27, 2018.
• Return group airport to hotel transfers in Kiev
• Two nights hotel accommodation at the Puscha Hotel based on two adults sharing a room (Friday 25 and Saturday 26 May)
• Return group transfers from Puscha Hotel to The NSC Olimpiyskiy Stadium
• Travel insurance (This does not cover pre-existing medical conditions and has an upper age limit of 79 years. In the event that, upon applying for the cover, cover is not granted, the winner must seek adequate cover for the travelling party from another insurer. This will be the prize winners!!!8217; responsibility and proof of such insurance will be required prior to departure)

Tier 2

• 50 winners will receive a football.

13. Tier 1 winners!!!8217; guest must be aged 18 years or older.
For security reasons the winners and their guests will be asked to confirm their date and
place of birth before the match tickets are issued.
The winners and their guests should also carry photo ID (passport or driving licence)
with them whilst they are in Kiev.
14. By accepting the Tier 1 prize packages, the winners and their guests agree
to adhere to all stadium regulations and the Terms and Conditions of the
tickets that form part of their prize:

The Promoter and the Venue reserve the right to remove the winner
and/or guest if they are not acting in adherence with the stadium regulations.
The Promoter and the Venue reserve the right to refuse entry to the event to
any person regardless of if they have a valid ticket.
15. Each winner of the Tier 1 prize must take their prize as one package.
The Tier 1 prize is valid from Thursday, May 24 2018 to Sunday, May 27 2018.
If the winner of a Tier 1 prize is unable to travel on these dates,
or if the winner and/or their guest breach these Terms and Conditions,
the prize will be forfeit and the winner shall not be entitled to any form of compensation.

17. The Tier 1 prize does not include arranged travel between the winner!!!8217;s home and the airport, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs,
other than where mentioned.
18. All travel, accommodation and other services provided to the prize winner and
their guest will be provided subject to the Terms and Conditions of each such provider.
The Promoter will not have any liability in relation thereto, and any dispute arising from travel, accommodation and/ or other services must be taken up with such providers.
19. The Tier 1 prize package (and associated tickets) are personal to the respective winners
and the sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any tickets and/or part of
any of the prize packages is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation,
online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace).
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or make void any and all prize
elements if this term is not complied with.
20. The Tier 1 winner!!!8217;s and guest!!!8217;s details will be shared with UEFA in order to fulfil the prize. The winner and guest agree to act in accordance with UEFA instructions as required during the experience. Participation in the prize will be subject to fulfilment of further requirements such as the signature of a disclaimer.
21. The Tier 1 winner and their guest will allow UEFA to use their name, photograph, video, voice recording and general location for its publicity and news purposes
during this and any future promotions or advertising.
22. All elements of the prize packages are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
In the unlikely instance that the UEFA Champions League Final 2018 match is rescheduled to a later date then the Promoter will notify the winner with as much notice as possible.
23. It is a condition of entry that winners and companions agree to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion without further recompense.
24. The Promoter is responsible for data collection for the prize draw. Entrants will be required to submit their name, address, phone number and email address, which will be stored in the EU.
Data will only be used to provide the prize, or in accordance with any marketing preferences you select. This includes providing data to Mastercard (including their service provider: Big Group Limited, 91 Princedale Road, London, W11 4NS) who will fulfil the prize, including transferring data into its email database in accordance with applicable law). 25. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter. Accordingly the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
26. The Promoter is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. Provision of the prizes is the responsibility of Mastercard.
