The final 5 couples will be chosen at random on Tuesday 8th May 2018. The Finalist Couples will be contacted by Forth 1 and invited to take part in a final at Norton House Hotel Edinburgh on Sunday 13th May 2018. Couples must be able to take part in the final and arrange their schedule accordingly.
There will be 6 "Just Married" car number plates displayed at the venue. 5 will be covered and 1 will be displayed clearly. Each Finalist Couple will choose a number plate from those covered and displayed. The order in which they choose a numberplate will be determined by the number they picked out of the hat when they arrived. The Finalist Couple who picked number 1 will get to choose first etc. So the couple who picked number 5 will be allocated the 1 numberplate that remains. One of the number plates will match for the uncovered number plate that we will have on display. All Finalist Couples will be asked to unwrap their numberplates at the same time. The Finalist Couple who chose the numberplate that matches our plate that is displayed wins the Prize and becomes the winners. The Finalist Couples who are not the Winners become runners-up. If any couples are unable to attend then the number plates would be reduced to accurately match the number of contestants ie if 3 couples attend then we would have 3 number plates in total to choose from.
Each Runner-Up Couple will receive Afternoon Tea for 2 at Norton House Hotel.
The wedding will take place at Norton House Hotel, Edinburgh on Friday 14th September.
The prize will package will include:
Norton House Hotel – The wedding venue
Emma Roy – The Wedding dress and Bridesmaids dresses
Charlie Miller – The bridal hair and make up
Village Hotel – The Hen Party
Bruce Wedding Cars – 2 wedding cars
Westwoods – A couples annual membership
Slaters Menswear – Hire of 5 men's outfits
Liggy Cakes – The wedding cake
Floral Ambitions – The flowers
Flare Photography – The Wedding Photos
