More editing required of the sixth image.
The full car registration number and the full PCN number can still clearly be seen.

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.

Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct

Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.

The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas.

Just a heads-up. If the vehicle is still registered to you and is on the road, the DVLA are saying it hasn't been taxed since August last year. You could be facing a real fine.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No this vehicle is exported abroad and has a marking export: yes, please check that. I am not the owner of this vehicle since March 2017.

When did you find out about the CCJ?

When is the set aside hearing?

I found out about CCJ dated 17/01/2018 when I came back from holiday in the end of January.
The set aside hearing took place on 03/04/2018.
I have no time to upload a Witness Statement because I am preparing a Defense right now, need to send it out before Tuesday 24/04/2018.

Oh, didn't realise the set aside hearing has already taken place.
No need to see the WS then.

Do carry on with your Defence.
