Hah! The Amex car park reference reminds me of our encounters with Ethical Parking Management a few years back.
I'll get the draft finished for tomorrow morning in that case! It still feels like a basket case with no NtK, no NtH etc0 -
As an aside:
My favourite Ethical Parking POPLA evidence piece, was when they put in a landowner authority from a harbour car park, signed AND DATED magically by a named Harbour Master... who had moved on to a job in Dubai two years previously! He had such an unusual name I idly Googled him without expecting what I found!
I was going to put in a complaint but won the case so easily, decided to leave it on the back burner.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Bless their cotton socks!
The last landowner authority I got from them was after they rebranded to One Parking Management where the front (with all the contact details) and last page (with the signatures) was from a completely different property and landowner.0 -
From such conduct, one would almost describe this industry as out and out scammers...

As it seems I can't sleep anyway, here's the final draft of my POPLA appeal in all its glory

UK Parking Control Ltd have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.

Hooray! Well done. Another one bites the dust!
Did you see UKPC were banned by the DVLA again now?

So no appealing windscreen PCNs at all, whilst they are banned.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
