Hi everyone,

My partner and I are considering buying our very first property in Edinburgh. The property is not complete yet, we have been to the construction site and spoken to building company rep a couple of times. All good so far, we are one step before reserving.
However, we have been unsuccessful in finding customer reviews, experiences or complaints on the builder. We have tried google, social media, newspapers with no luck. Therefore, if anyone had experience themselves or knew of anyone who has bought from them and had any feedback it would be very much appreciated! The name is Cruden Homes . The only thing we have found so far is that a couple of years back they won a Scottish Home Award but nothing from actual customers...

Any help would be great!
