Are there any well-known credit card companies that take on the amount (£7,000) owing on another card, transfer free on the assumption, for example of paying £100 pm until it's paid off? Top credit history, with no adverse history.

There is no card on the market that will do what you want.
Paying £100 per month will take you 5 years 10 months.
I was offered recently 5 years charged at 4.9% ongoing monthly which is the nearest I can find.0 -

Santander Everyday CC offers 0% on BT for 27 months with 0% BT fee. So at £100 per month you would get the debt down from £7k to £4.3kish depending on the date your BT occurs.
I have always found Santander to offer good sized credit limits but I have a number of other products with them and it depends on your circumstances.
So if in future you could keep finding deals like this it might be possible to achieve what you are after.
