Proof of PIP entitlement

Is there another piece of paper without the figures or do people just scan it and scrub the figures out then re scan it to send?

Hi, sometimes the 1st page states the award of benefit and the 2nd page states the amount ?
So just show the 1st page, but keep all the pages together for your own records

On mine, its all on the first page unfortunately. You would think it would be separated, would make more sense!! Thanks though xx

You should have a statement of entitlement with the points and award period on, can you not use that?

Last 2 pages of award letter on mine.
