Can I leave EDF after just joining.
Hi everybody,
I have just changed from Utilitia to EDF but I also moved over from pre payment on Utilitia to a credit meter. I did this because I have heard you can get better deals on credit meters paying monthly by direct debit. I did this on the phone because I couldn't use comparisons sites as I had to get switched to credit meter and this can't be done online. My question is now that I changed over can I now do a comparison and change to the best deal at the moment?

Edf have some good fixed 1 year deals so investigate those
Has to be the easiest way0 -
Providing you have had a 'Welcome Pack' from EDF and an account number, you are free to Switch elsewhere.
At a guess I think you are an Electric only household, if so how is it heated ?0 -
How would I do that, the cheap energy club is not working right now. Would I use comparison sites or just go straight to EDF website. The deal am on is BIue+Price Protection Apr19v2. I was told there is no early exit fees.0

Gas and electric, I have gas central heating (combi boiler). Thanks0

CEC working fine for me. Use any of the comparison sites out there. Just input annual kWh for each fuel. Separate suppliers could be cheaper. I am currently switching back to Zog from EDF for gas to save £170 on their cheapest deal after my fix ends in June.0

CEC says currently down. What comparison site do you think is good in your opinion?0
