Personally wouldn't have spunked £1k without checking all info had transferred to next website.

Where do you stand?
1.You go on holiday and leave the kids at home.
2 You pay the extra to include the kids.
3 You ask the agent to amend the booking (if they can)
4 You cancel and risk losing the booking and your money as it was non refundable.
5 You are now back at point 1.

Take the kids and buy a wide selection of colours of all-inclusive style wristbands before you go.

Observe the colours of bands on other people's children and then equip yours appropriately.
