Following to the above claim. I received a mail from the county court saying:



"This claim has been transferred to the below county court hearing centre for allocation"


What should I do now?

Hello everyone,

I have received a voice message from the court saying that my court hearing is due on 12/12/2018 and my statement is due by 14/11/2018 (in 3 days!) but I haven’t received any mails and not sure what exactly I need to do.

I have read most of the posts in the newbies thread about WS. Should I write a statement and send it to the court? Do I need to send the claimant a copy?

Hi Reggie,

So I’ve sent my defense statement to the court and CEL which should’ve arrived on the deadline date. I’ve not received a statement from CEL though. I went to the court on the assigned date and they said to me that the case is closed and after asking the lady in the court said that CEL decided not to proceed with a court hearing
