After a computer crash I've had to install programmes that I'd bought of the net.
I've installed one but am having troulble putting my registration code in.
The programme support have asked me to create a new text file & name it & then to try & put my code in.
Question is. How do I create a text file.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just right click anywhere clear on the desktop and select New - Text Document and give it a name.0

Right click the desktop (or in a folder anywhere but not actually on an icon) and select New > Text document / file.
Else open Notepad from Programs > Accessories and type and save from there.0 -
Thanks Bongedone & isofa.
Done that. I'm having to go back to the programme support because I can't find a file they say I should have in the installation file.
Thanks for your help
