got a pcn dated more than 2 months old, do I still need to pay this?
do i still need to pay it if i wan't the driver in that case,
say could i say that i don't have any information about the driver? i was trying to sell the car so that one man was driving it? don't remember that guy..@regards,

You haven't said who it's a PCN from - the police, a local council or a private company. That makes a big difference.
You also need to know why it took so long to reach you. It matters whether it was the fault of the sender, or was because the DVLA doesn't have the correct address for you.If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0
