Boots - Nappies & Baby Wipes deal

Boots is doing triple points this weekend (ending on Monday) and in combination with other baby offers, this makes things REALLY cheap.

For example...my purchases today.

Purchase 1:
3 packs of huggies nappies - £8.96 each SHOULD = £26.88
Buy 2 get 1 free reduces it to = £17.92
500 free points for original spend over £25
214 points under triple points offer
£17.92 - £7.14 worth of points = £10.78 - for 186 nappies!

Purchase 2:
14 Cloth wipes (fragrance free) £1.99 each = £27.86
Buy 1 get 1 free offer reduces it to = £13.93
500 free points for original spend over £25
166 points under triple points offer
£13.93 - £6.66 worth of points = £7.32 - for 14 packs of baby wipes!

So, I'm really stocking up in other sizes of nappies and in as many baby wipes as I can lol. Remember you need to be an Advantage card holder - you can get one in store on the same day for free AND you must pay for your purchase by cash/card/credit rather than use existing Advantage card points - you don't earn special offers when paying for things in points.

bad news....the 500 free points is for £50 spend now and not £25. Doesn`t look like such a good offer now.

It's been 500 points for £25 in store (with exception of under 6 months formula etc...) for around 6 months or more now, and was still today...it's 500 points for over £50 online as normal. I really hope they don't change this!!! No wonder Boots is doing so badly as a company if they keep giving stuff away like this.

I have done this same deal for the past 2/3 times that Boots have had a triple points weekend. My son is now about ready to be potty trained but I still have 6pks of wipes and 3 pks of huggies in the cupboard.

Am I right in thinking that even though its bogof the total value goes over and the offers applied after?

Boots are giving away £5 vouchers to spend instore on various depts inc baby dept so that would be another £5 knocked off your total

Ordered 51quids worth of pampers nappies online...thats a grand total of 492 nappies....got 1150 points....nice....should last a while.
