Bradford and Bingley internet saver are safe?

I complain to them about lack of security log in on Esaver internet account this is what they said to me what do your think are your account safe compare to other internet bank accounts that require extra security?.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your recent enquiry.

I can confirm that in order to log onto your account you only require your user ID and password. I can advise that we do ask for memorable data and extra security questions when customers ring in, we ask these details before we give out any account information.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us on 0845 601 7802. Our office is open 8am until 8pm Mon - Thurs, 8am - 6.30pm Fri, 9am - 5pm Sat and 10am - 4pm Sun. I've made that choice.
I wasn't impressed during the application and thereafter once I logged in.
Shame you have to go to the trouble of applying before finding out.
  • personally because; a) you can only transfer to nominated accounts b) they send you a letter whenever you you add/remove nominated accounts to your home address I felt fair enough, not perfect, but will do
