I know its a Council one but it shows how stupid/desperate wardens are now getting.

You do have to wonder though, how that car was positioned it looks like he was moving out of the suspended bay, and how come he was so quick to have his phone ready to video it, maybe he stopped to use the phone.

The car driver was a little arrogant he said twice 'who do you think you're talking to' and as per the article.
He's a director of a company which provides parking enforcement services to owners of private land. lol
