Hi everyone!
Just received a PENALTY CHARGE NOTICE from my local authority for "Performing a prohibited turn(no right turn). Now ive spend at least half an hour reading all the posts in here but everyone is talking about parking charge notices from private companies. To be clear the PCN is issued on 11/04/2018 and the alleged contravention was on 23/3/2018. I was not the driver at the time and i can prove it. Also do i have any ground to challenge because this notice has been served after 14 days ? Every little help will be well appreciated. And if i can use any templates will be great.

You should take this over to our friends on ppipoo.om who are the council and police motoring experts, whereas we specialise in private parking charges here on MSE.
You will need to register there with a non-Hotmail email account and read the FAQs before posting both sides of your redacted PCN.
