I parked behind Tesco Express near Maidstone Hospital. I was visiting a friend in one of the flats. Within 15 mins of being there I was given a ticket for not having a permit.
I was there for about an hour. Should I ignore the ticket ? AM Parking !

No you should not ignore the charge where did you get that idea?
By abusing the facilities on private property you have now made yourself prey to scammers that want your cash, and your actions are why these scumbags exist.
Read through the newbies thread at the top of the forum to see how to handle this, they are smallfry BPA members, and try the occasional punt in court, but probably not for a one off like this.0 -
