I have a permanent bump on the back of my head from backing out of the (low) door to my old understairs cupboard and my new house has a similar (low) door to an understairs cupboard, which I also bang the back of my head on.

In answer to the inevitable question, No, I don't learn.

I'd be interested in something like this if only for health reasons. ;-)

Kerri, Would you mind sharing approx how much this cost you?
We have just moved into a house with a small under stairs storage area and are looking for something like this to make the best use of the space.

We had a 5 draw configuration with shoe racks - it would have been approx £1000 but we got it for £850 I believe (booked some time ago) in a sale. I believe they do Black Friday deals so if you measure up then you could book something in (there's a deposit to pay then balance once fitting is complete.)

i'm sure some will comment they could do it cheaper themselves but we're really pleased with the finish and quality of work done.

I need something like this. Tools/hoovers/shampooer its a lot of effort to reach (arthritis a problem, the last time I had to empty the understairs cupboard for some workmen, they gave up waiting and clearly thought I was at death's door lol) and a lot of wasted space so drawers like this would be ideal.

    Thank you for posting this.
