TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION.

These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant, Go Outdoors (promoter) Go Outdoors Ltd. Cuthbert House, Arley Street, Sheffield, S2 4QP, Forest Holidays and Nilaqua.

ELIGIBILITY
The competition is only open to residents in the UK. Entrants must be aged 18 or over

The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:

Immediate family members of associated companies.
Go Outdoors assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to reject any entries that dont adhere to these terms, or feature inappropriate content.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion opens 10th April 2018 and closes at midnight on 6th September 2018.

PRIZES
Grand Prize: 1 winner will be chosen for the grand prize after September 6th. The prize is courtesy of Forest Holidays.

The prize must be booked by 30 October 2018 and taken by 31 January 2019 (excluding bank holidays and school holidays), and is subject to availability.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

The winner is responsible for transport to and from their chosen location

The break is in a Silver birch cabin on a self-catering basis; food, travel, activities, and any other additional costs associated with the break are not covered by this prize.

No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

Weekly Prize: 1 Winner will be chosen each Friday commencing 20th April. And will win 1 x 200ml Towel Off Pet Shampoo, 1 x 200ml Towel Off Pet Shampoo infused with natural oils & 4 pack of Eco towels.

The prize will be shipped by Nilaqua

Prize subject to availability

Winners shipping details will be passed on to Nilaqua for shipping.



SELECTION OF WINNER(s)
One (1) grand prize winner will be chosen no later than September 10th and contacted via the social platform that they entered on. Weekly winners will be selected each Friday commencing April 20th until the end of the competition.

If the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within two (2) business days of the draw date, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
GO Outdoors reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

The name and home county of the winner will be available for one (1) month after the prize draw if enquired

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

By entering the competition, you are agreeing for your details to be shared with Go Outdoors or the prize providers, solely for their marketing purposes.

By submitting a photo to this competition, you give GO Outdoors the right to use your photo to further market the competition with a photo credit, photos may also be featured on the GO Outdoors website at http://www.gooutdoors.co.uk/TV
