Claiming on behalf of a non-UK resident?

Hi there,
Would I be able to make enquiries and submit PPI reclaims for someone who is no longer living in the UK?
They moved abroad in the early 2000s but think they may have had some loans or credit cards which had PPI on them before that time.

Thanks

    No.

Nothing to stop them making their own complaint, however.
