    Yes and that wording is very useful for us to quote in future cases, as evidence that prohibitive signs do not form a contract, they merely relate to trespass.

  • Ok so the deadline for them to pay my expenses expires today at 4.00pm and it looks like there will be none forthcoming. What should my next step be, should I contact their solicitors, Gladstones or should I contact them directly or just go back to the court?
