Lloyds bank mobile number issue

Hello, I have a serious problem with my bank account: my UK mobile number associated qith my bank account is been deleted fews days ago so now I can't make operations on Lloyds website-app. I don't live in UK by 8 months and I can't collected the mail from my bank on my last address there.. Is possible to transfer an amount without the mobile number? And is it possible to change it or do the same operation abroad? In any case I have my passport and my personal details to do it. If I go personally could be possible to make a money transfer operation without my mobile number?

Do you have to use a mobile and app? Can't you long on using a normal computer to normal internet banking? No mobile number is needed for that although you may have some difficulty with certain types of transaction where telephone authorisation is required as presumably you are not at your home number. I'm afraid a money transfer from your credit card will be one such type of transaction.
How did the number come to be deleted in the first place?
Go personally to where?
Can you not call them and do the money transfer by phone?

You can change your registered phone numbers in the app and in online banking. It looks like you can enter non-UK numbers if desired.
