Like you I received a letter saying I owed >£600 for a debt that does not belong to me. I wrote a letter of complaint and today I have received an apology letter and a promise of a £100 check for this ‘error’

I know that hundreds of people have been sent letters and I hope no-one pays in fear of being chased and credit files affected by the debt collectors!
