Hi, just as a head's up to you all I am with Co-op bank and have been for longer than I care to remember. Many years ago I was I was told the only way I could get an overdraft was to upgrade my bank account. I thought it was worth a 'punt' and filled out the form on here. I was contacted by the bank a while later, having forgotten about it, and received a letter in the post.
Due to the fact i'd used the mobile phone insurance element and registered my car for the breakdown cover they wouldn't give me a full refund, but they would give me £2900 including interest payable.
I'm over the moon (as is my girlfriend now!)
Thanks MSE!!!
