LIFT Scheme and Part Exchange

I bought my current house under the LIFT Scheme (Scotland), my property is worth 100k, I own 60% and the Scottish Gvt own 40%. My question is, I’ve been looking at new builds, and they offer a part exchange. Would I be eligible for this, even though my property is part owned by the LIFT Scheme? And if so, would they take the value of the property or just the share I own?

I image only the value of your share would be taken into account since the LIFT portion will have to be repaid once the sale concludes.
