    Nobody call tell you what they wanted.
    Call them.......
  • They normally make three attempts to call.
  • Could be they need to confirm details or otherwise inform you of something, as decisions are normally by post only.

    It's very easy for us to tell people not to panic when they have missed a phone call, but at least this instance shows that we are often correct in that advice.
