UK bank accounts for children

I am looking to open UK bank accounts for my two children aged 13 and 15. They attend school in Greece and are resident in the UK during school holidays (17 weeks). I have tried Santander but they do not meet the criteria for any of their accounts. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Which Santander criteria did they not meet?0

Here's a list of children's current accounts. You may face similar problems as with Santander with all of them.

The most suitable is probably Nationwide Flexone account, no fees or exchange loading for overseas use of card:

Thanks for your reply. They are not permanently resident in the UK (123 mini). They are under 16 (Basic account).0
