I have renamed many a file called something like 'big_file_encrypted-pw APPLE.doc'. For starters they contain no confidential data but does prevent the system from doing global indexing of contents and keeps the a/v out too, and the password can be cut and pastedI was careful that the complete plaintext key got pasted into the field on W7.
