Selling shares - timing

Shares go up and down all the time. Is it possible to leave instructions to sell shares when they reach a certain level?
I have some shares, which had I sold them at the correct time, I would have been happy with the profit, they are now much lower, so I am just waiting, and waiting.
I have some shares in a HL ISA and some where I hold the paper certificates.

Obviously not valid for paper certificates.Limit orders and stop loss orders expire after 90 calendar days. They are deleted after close of business on the day of expiry.
I guess that is similar to what I was looking for, thanks.0 -
I'm not aware of any provider offering unlimited time for limit orders.
Just set a quarterly reminder in your calender to check the price ans reset your order

You could also look at buying call or put options for your stocks. This is more accurate but costs even if you don't exercise your rights to buy or sell0
