***UPDATED 1 MAY 2018***

So my appeal came back refused and now they are saying I must refer to PoFA Act and say who the driver is and if I dont the registered keeper will be liable! - so what do I do now!

We note your comments and must refer you to the Protection of Freedoms Act (PoFA) 2012, Schedule 4 - Recovery of unpaid Parking Charges. This is available to view online at:
http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2012/9/schedule/4. We must therefore request that the details of the driver of the vehicle at the time of the contravention are supplied; this must include their full name and serviceable UK postal address. If you are unwilling or unable to provide these details the registered keeper of this vehicle will remain liable for this PCN. This information should be provided by 27th April 2018. Please note, Premier Park Limited will not reply to any correspondence until after the above date, if the requested information is not provided. If we do not receive this information by the date given, the registered keeper of the vehicle at the date of event will be held liable. If we do not receive this information by the date given, the registered keeper of the vehicle at the date of event will be held liable.

  • In my appeal I pasted the MSE letter and asked for

"If you are a current BPA member, send me a POPLA code. If you are an IPC firm, cease and desist with all contact." but nothing came back.

If this relates to your previous thread, then please add to that thread. Do not start a new one for every new question. All it does is confuse and spread the relevant information across a bunch of unrelated threads.
  • They are BPA members and also say - Premier Park also subscribe to an Accredited Trade Association (ATA), The Independent Appeals Service, POPLA, and are members of the Safe Contractor Scheme.

Please go back to your original thread and only post there.

The first thing you must do is to edit your original post on that original thread as you have been told to do on numerous occasions to remove information about who did what.

Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper who are two different people. ;)

Do NOT post on this thread again, only your original thread.

Edit your initial post on the other thread NOW before yo do anything else. We are not telling you this for fun!

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.

Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct

Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.

The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by
