Using a Copany for Reclaiming

I think my thread was deleted as I included a link to a company that reclaim charges from credit cards. So I will just ask the question instead, is it a good idea to use such services or not?

    Only if you have money to waste
    As I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person
  • My question was also deleted but i am on my own without any support from anyone tryin g to keep my head above water and very new to thisa fantstic sit - but I am scared stiff of going to court - I already have enought stresses in my life I don't think I could cope with that too - there must be GENUINE and REPUTABLE COMPANIES out there - although I am very wary

    Stokey125 is right I'm afraid, there is an article about these firms from Martin Lewis (who should be Sir Martin). I would be very wary of giving them my details or trusting them to carry out your business.
