Amex business charge card late payment

Hi I have an Amex Gold business charge card, what happens if I can not make the payment on time? I will have the money in 1-2 months.

If you make a refundable purchase (e.g. a refundable hotel accommodation) after your new statement has been generated and cancel, the refund will be used against your balance, effectively giving you a month's free credit. Of course, with the numbers you are talking about, that is most likely not a trick you can use.
