Hi,

I phoned UC up about 8.30am this morning and the lady who I spoken to, she told me that it's underpayment I will get and she marked it down as urgent, does anyone have any idea how roughly it's going to take to get my remaining housing entitlement if she has marked it as urgent?

Hi, I have informed Calico of the situation and they told me to keep contact UC and also keep them updated.

Did you ask the lady you spoke how long it would take? She is more likely to know than anybody.

As you rang them this morning, you could have asked that question. I know i would have.
