Nope we've not received anything from smart parking the first thing we've heard of the parking charge is from DRP debt collection.
Our local MP is very active in the community so hopefully we'll get somewhere down that route.

Smart have done this before, we've had lots of threads where the first letter is the DRP drivel!

Just from looking at waterworlds trip advisor there's so many people who have had the same experience it's shocking to think how many more car parks these con artists own around UK!
Just had a scroll through the mp comments, it's refreshing to know their fighting for change, just unfortunate it's taken this long and so many people have had such bad experiences with these parking companies.

They don't own car parks, they "scam manage" them for free for the privileged of being able to scam people like your good self!

Yes they own none, and are a parasite industry, leeching off the customers of retail/service companies.

Smart's contracts with Asda and with Matalan were suddenly ended last year. Wonder why?! Kicked out for aggressive ticketing?

That's just appalling, well I've contacted bpa and my mp so hopefully we'll get somewhere.
Thanks again for everyone's input I wouldn't have known where to begin.

Your partner, the registered keeper, needs to be doing this in their name where the BPA are concerned.

Both of you, your friends and family should be bombarding your MP.
