It may be clear to you, but proves nothing.
Take exactly the same pic as the PPC guy not showing your pass from where he was standing, then move the camera a few inches further right showing a bit of your quarter light and a bit of the permit then the full thing but from exactly the same position as the warden was standing.0 -
