Praise for Persil.

Bought some Persil Powergems washing powder. Tried it and did not like the smell (someone else described it as 'kitty litter!)..
Sent them an email complaining (politely), answered their email and received vouchers in the post to compensate me .
Tried to give the stuff away and no-one wants it :)
In the rubbish I think

Put it on Freecycle, or donate it to a local women's shelter. Or put it on your garden wall with a note 'FREE - WRONG FRAGRANCE BOUGHT'. It will soon be taken off your hands.

Glad to hear they didn't try to wash their hands of the problem...

It wasn't the smell that was the problem, it was that not all the 'gems' dissolved at 30 degrees.

I used it up on hotter washes, but have gone back to the liquid.

The gems dissolved (at 40 degrees) but the smell was awful!
Glad to hear some people don't mind it , will put it in the food bank. Was worried someone desperate would end up with it who hated the smell as much as me!
