Hi guys,
Quite a strange query but here goes;
Around 6 months ago we had Virgin Media installed. The engineer had to drill through the wall to connect the cable. The engineers first attempt to drill through failed and he decided on a new location to drill which was a success.
Over the past month we have had damp coming through the exact location the engineer failed to drill through the wall.
What are my options in regards to Virgin Media and the damp solution?
Many thanks in advance.
