It's a bit worrying that the acknowledgement message says 'We will be in touch by email by the 5th May 2018 if you are our lucky winner.'
Earlier on in the process it does actually say that the closing date is the 14th though so this is clearly just a typo0 -

The winners may be asked to present identification and proof of purchase in order to collect their prize.
