Attaching Evidence at Appeal

I'm so sorry, i have read the newbies sticky and im just putting together an appeal for someone - but wanted opinions.
The notice was issued after the driver apparently parked in the wrong car park. they were given a permit to park for an event, but the ticket states the permit was for a neighbouring car park.
should i attach the permit, as it evidences the driver thought they had the right to park there, but due to lack of signs didnt realise?
also im using the generic blue appeal, thanks!
sorry again i just dont want to get it wrong

No I would not, I don't think showing the driver got it wrong, helps at this stage.
If this is a BPA member offering POPLA, it will be worth stating at POPLA stage, on the basis that the signage was completely ambiguous and unclear to differentiate between neighbouring car parks (if they were literally next to each other).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

all adding the permit details does is prove the driver made an incorrect decision, proving the case for the claimant
the only evidence you would attach would be in favour of the appeal for an apellant , not to prove the case for the opposition
if appealing as keeper, then only use anything a keeper would use , if naming the driver to absolve a keeper, then adding evidence to dob a driver in would help a keeper, not a driver
if in doubt , tell em nowt0 -
Fab thank you!! your all the best0
