Haha, so it didn't work when you put in eleven zeros?
You worry too much and pay them too much respect. Anyway, they will not call you.
They'll send a letter/email begging to know who was driving. You ignore that, if it's not the POPLA code/rejection.
This is nothing to worry about! At least you weren't daft and didn't post a letter, that they could pretend never arrived. Online is so they can't pretend.
You kept a screenshot as proof?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

**UPDATE **
So my appeal came back refused and now they are saying I must refer to PoFA Act and say who the driver is and if I dont the registered keeper will be liable! They are BPA registered. I asked in my appeal "If you are a current BPA member, send me a POPLA code. If you are an IPC firm, cease and desist with all contact." but nothing came back. - So what do I do now as the email is a NO REPLY email.
We note your comments and must refer you to the Protection of Freedoms Act (PoFA) 2012, Schedule 4 - Recovery of unpaid Parking Charges. This is available to view online at:
http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2012/9/schedule/4. We must therefore request that the details of the driver of the vehicle at the time of the contravention are supplied; this must include their full name and serviceable UK postal address. If you are unwilling or unable to provide these details the registered keeper of this vehicle will remain liable for this PCN. This information should be provided by 27th April 2018. Please note, Premier Park Limited will not reply to any correspondence until after the above date, if the requested information is not provided. If we do not receive this information by the date given, the registered keeper of the vehicle at the date of event will be held liable. If we do not receive this information by the date given, the registered keeper of the vehicle at the date of event will be held liable.0 -
Seeing as this happens in every PP case, I am surprised you are asking!
Have you not read several other PP cases and learnt that they always send this, and to ignore it? They have NOT refused your appeal. You have not yet got the rejection letter/POPLA code.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
