Do you think it matters not using your real name on Twitter?

Hi everyone!
I have a really unusual name IRL and I didn't really want to use my actual name on my twitter account (I can really easily be found and dont particularly want my friends and family following the account)
I've just started with doing a twitter account for competitions but wondering... do you think that not having a "real" name on my profile will affect wins?
