[FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]You will still need to involve your solicitor because the contract will need to refer to the notice and an assignment of the notice will need to be prepared.[/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]Your solicitor will be able to advise you of the costs to you whether they or the other side prepare the notice.[/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]If the other side prepare the notice and, for whatever reason, it turns out to be invalid then it will be their fault not yours, so best they do it if possible.[/FONT]0
