£9 on Slimming World for OH and I. Not too bad as I've had free parking at work yesterday and today, so that's £6 saved! :j

Morning PaP - and everyone :hello:

It's a beautiful crisp but sunny Autumn day, here in the wilds of West Wiltshire - funny how the sun just seems to make everything feel good. :T

Anyway - I'm just preparing myself for my ASDA interview - 2.00 pm.

It's a funny thing about Job Interviews - a bit like buses in a way - I've had ONE in the last THREE MONTHS - now, all of a sudden, three turn up at the same time - ASDA today, Royal Mail on Monday next and an interview for a Sales Manager in Surrey on next Wednesday - is this an indication that there is, indeed, light at the end of the tunnel?

Anyway - I don't envisage spending much - maybe a cup of coffee after my interview (unless I get offered FREE coffee :rotfl: ) and I MIGHT treat myself to a bar of chocolate if it goes well.

Good luck with your driving lesson PaP.

  • Hi everyone,

I'm hoping for a NSD, have to buy shampoo but mum is reimbursing me for that as she accidently used the rest on mine  .

Payday this thursday and then I start detox month in time for xmas parties, pressies and treats! Am setting myself absolutely mega low budget and aiming for minimum spends. I desperately need some make up but apart from that, I need nothing!!
    Total debt £21,000

    Morning lovelies!

I've got everything crossed for you Rog. Here's a :kisses3: for luck!

How about if it goes well we ALL have some choccy to celebrate??? ;):D

PaP - I'm a pooey driver so I've got no helpful hints for you honey. (I've got the only husband in christendom who insists on staying sober and driving home when we have a night out! he says if he liked white knuckle rides he'd get a season pass to Alton Towers! ;) )

I'm off to turn out some more stuff for our next (and final!!! ) carboot this year and get it all stacked up in the hallway ready for Sunday.

So it's a batten down the hatches NSD for me again hopefully.

    Love Jacks xxx :D

  • Hello everyone - I will be spending 40p today (on my paper). I have already bought (and eaten) some salt & vinegar spirals, but I bought them with my advantage points, so they don't count (and very lovely they were as well)

Anyway, good luck to rog for his interview - fingers crossed.

    See you all later

    Hi everyone,

I desperately need some make up but apart from that, I need nothing!!

Chloebelle - have you done the rounds at the make up counters in the large stores - my husband came home with a lovely free sample of Elizabeth Arden mascara (from Debenhams) I think - the link was in Martins regular news letter - you go onto Elizabeth Ardens website answer a few questions and then up pops the voucher to print off. I'm putting my one towards someones xmas present as I'm still using free clarins one from last month.

    All the best
