credit card refund time

hi, some fraudulent transactions
took place on my credit card, lloyds mastercard.
i reported these yesterday.
the call centre operator told me yesterday that they would
refund the charges but as of this evening the refund still has
not appeared.
can anyone tell me how long it takes for a refund to reappear?

Process on their end0 -
It can take up to five working days to show on your credit card, but sometimes it shows as a pending transaction.
If its been refunded today I would expect the payment to hit the credit card around Tuesday 10th although you may see that your available balance as increased before you see the actual entry on the statement.
