Sometimes it is good to praise a company now and then.
My friends have had to leave San Diego because of the fire. So we haev no where to stay.
Continental have changed our flights to Las Vegas, so we can meet up, and have not charged us the standard rearrangement fees etc.
All this with only 5 hours to go.
And they are really cheap. So sometimes you can get a great deal and first class service.
A bit of praise from....

I fly CO to the US all the time and have never had any problems. They are also the most profitable airline in america atm so they must be doing something right...:santa2:0

They changed a flight of mine for free as I took ill 2 days before I was due to fly home and let me fly home early and gave me 3 seats to myself so I could lie down. And my friend had to change her flight at the last moment when she came over to Edinburgh this summer, again all for free and no hassle.
