With the ICICI account you can also have an ICICI current account running alongside it. That would provide you with a debit/atm card.

You wont get an ATM card and you would need to wait around 3 days to get the cash back into your current account. You could always leave a few hundred in the bonus saver and put the rest in Icesave to get the best benefit from your cash.
