Grocery Price & Economy

influence

Does anyone feel the same way I do? Grocery price is always getting higher and higher and so do all the commodity (oil, grain, live stock etc). Also companies like supermarket chain and other stores need to feed their shareholders and keep rising prices.
Does it seem to me a cycle that grocery price and daily expenses will keep rising to keep track with the increasing in all the 'investment money' that the big players are holding?
So doesn't it seem that the poor decent working class going to be the plain loser to survive?
It is not just about the risk of inflation. It is about the sustainability of the majority public that can 'support' the need of purchasing power to keep the economy 'health'.
I hope i post at the right forum.
Cheers
