Insure against failing a medical?

I need to pass a medical on a regular basis to do my job.
What would the insurance for this be called so I can search for this.
edit:: I don't mean insure against losing my job, I'd probably get that as well. I'd just be looking for something to pay a mortgage and expenses.

Order of events: Banks lose our money -> get bailed out -> were inflating GBP to cover it -> now taxing us -> next will grab your funds direct -> things get really desperate to balance the books. What should have happened?: banks go bust and we lost our money much quicker
