Joint Legal action against Scottish Power Boiler insurance

Hi All,

I have been going through quite a few threads on how appaling scottish power boiler care is and was wondering if any legal action has been taken against them or is therea possibility of taking joint legal action against them, will the media be interested, how we get them to honour what they sell ?

Im really sorry to hear of the poor service you have encounter with your boiler cover. I would really like to get this resolved for you.
If you could possibly email me at Social@scottishpower.com with the following information,
your MSE handle in the subject heading
your full address
your name and telephone number
and some details of the issues you have encountered
we can look to get this escalated to our boiler care customer care team as a matter of urgency for you.

I am also having problems with our boiler cover with Scottish Power. We've had no hot water for ten days now and they just keeping passing us from one person to another and booking appointents but no one turns up.

thanks I need more participation so that i can collectively log a legal action/write to MP's/media about the issues which scottish power is causing.

ok i am going to speak to MP and ask him on what more support he can provide and the way this company has handled our issues.

if you can share this thread to your friends/family where they have been having issues it will help me gather information to support
